1 Free Paris Public Transportation
The Mobilis transportation pass provides unlimited FREE rides within 5 zones (Paris and suburbs including Versailles and Disneyland® area) on all public transport, including Metro, the RER trains (regional express trains), buses, the tramway, Montmartre funicular. The pass consists of a ticket to insert in turnstyles valid for the day you start to use it.

2 Free Seine River Cruise
With frequent departures from the Eiffel Tower, the crew will welcome you aboard for a one-hour cruise on one of the trimarans of the fleet. The boats are entirely glassed over, with an outside terrace at the stern and outside walkways, perfectly designed for exploring and admiring the architectural treasures of the capital from the unique viewpoint of the Seine. From April to September:
From 10 am to 10 pm, every 30 minutes (except 1 pm and 7.30 pm : no departure - Last departure at 10.30 pm subject to a minimum number of participants). Weekends and weekdays in June, July and August: from 10 am to 11 pm. On July 14, due to the festivities, the last sightseeing cruise departure will take place at 3 pm.
From October to March:
From 10.30 am to 9.30 pm, every hour (except 1 pm and 7.30 pm : no departure - Last departure at 10 pm subject to a minimum number of participants).

3 Free Access to Louvre and Orsay Museums
Paris ComboPass® Suburban Lite 1 Day comes with a 1-day pass for the Louvre Museum and the Eugene Delacroix Museum. Priority access to Le Louvre is available through a special door (details and a map are provided along with the pass). The pass is valid for one day, so both museums must be visited on the same day.
Paris ComboPass® Suburban Lite 2 Days includes a 1-day pass to the Louvre Museum and the Eugene Delacroix Museum (see above), plus a separate 1-day ticket to the Orsay Museum that includes priority access. Please note that Louvre is closed on Tuesdays and Orsay closed on Mondays.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
If you have to postpone your trip, you must notify us at least ten (10) days before expected arrival date in your hotel, we will hold your order for up to six (6) months without charge. If you change of hotel: it's free of charge, your request must be received ten (10) days before the expected date of arrival at customer(at)conciergerie.com and confirmed in return by our customer support within 24 hours. Cancellation fee: Less than ten days before arrival date: 100% (no refund). More than ten days before arrival date: 20% (80% refund). Once you started to use your passes, no refund can be done for any reason. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic sources, so handle and store them carefully since such damage is not refundable. Unused passes or tickets included in your ComboPass Lite/Premium cannot be refunded. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure.
Delivery to Your Hotel
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel before your arrival. In case of delivery problems, you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival, either using the toll-free number on your order confirmation or by email. We will give immediate assistance in locating your envelope providing details and proof of delivery to solve this issue within minutes. If for some reason your hotel loses your envelope or fails to giving it to you on time, resulting in a partial or complete loss because of their negligence, you must demand compensation from them, they will agree with their error and refund you. They are insured to cover such an extremely rare issue.
Rush Delivery to Your Hotel
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel before your arrival. In case of delivery problems, you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival, either using the toll-free number on your order confirmation or by email. We will give immediate assistance in locating your envelope providing details and proof of delivery to solve this issue within minutes. If for some reason your hotel loses your envelope or fails to giving it to you on time, resulting in a partial or complete loss because of their negligence, you must demand compensation from them, they will agree with their error and refund you. They are insured to cover such an extremely rare issue. Rush orders may not be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Delivery to a Pickup Location
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to the pickup location you selected. You must pick it up the arrival date you specified. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). Pickup locations are operated independently of Conciergerie.com. They do not sell our products, and they cannot assist you if you have a question about your order or a problem.
Delivery to Your Home
You must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. In any cases, open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged or if anything is missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email at email@example.com, claims will not be accepted after this period. If you have not received your order seven (7) days after order confirmation you must notify us promptly. Claims for non-delivery will be accepted only during the tenth (10) days after order confirmation. Passes shipped international cannot be returned or refunded.
