"This is text of the review I recently posted on Trip Advisor, gladly giving a 5 star rating: "We booked our cruise through Conciergerie.com but I think it is the same tour offered by Viator. Indeed you might be able to book direct at the kiosk and save yourself a few euros but I'm not sure if they are the same tour. Whatever, I'd happily pay a handful more Euros to get Kristina as a guide. She was great, even if she did turn up 10 minutes late. A liberal attitude towards deadlines is something you get used to in Italy. Kristina arranged our party of eight so half were in the open front part of the boat with her and the driver, the other four were in the back. Fabulous views opened at every turn, all accompanied by Kristina's entertaining and knowledgeable commentary. She even showed us Elton John's palazzo, though it looked more like a semi-detached to me albeit a semi with views across to St Mark's square. We were blessed by glorious late afternoon autumn sunshine that made the buildings glow and gently gliding down the Venetian high street - the Grand Canal - is a memory to treasure for a lifetime.""

Your ticket (voucher) will be delivered online. Paper tickets are not required. Your voucher is the proof of booking and settlement. You must print it and present it at the address or meeting point listed on your voucher. You will have access to our voucher desk through a secure link provided in your order confirmation email.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellations are VALID only when made through us by email at customer@conciergerie.com or by fax at +376 826 770. You can change your reservation date at no charge if you notify us at least fifteen (15) days before service. If you cancel your reservation and you notify us at least nince (9) days before service, there is a 20% cancellation fee. Between 4 and 8 days before service, 60% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure.
