"Very disappointed at this tour . Driver's English skills very poor thankfully i knew a bit of french so was able to comprehend but not so my partner. Also his knowledge of the city's monuments or whatever he took us through was inadequate. He was in a terrible hurry , kept looking at his watch. While we do appreciate the car is an old one , it could have been better maintained. the door on one side refused to work. All in all a very disappointing experience and not at all value for money. Would hv been much better off taking the metro and visiting the important monuments at night."

He was at the pick-up point ahead of time and was careful to leave us in a location at which we could easily find a taxi back to our hotel. The whole trip was both great fun and interesting."

Your ticket (voucher) will be delivered online, paper tickets are not required. Your voucher is the proof of booking and settlement and you must print it and present it at your guide or chauffeur while in Paris. You will have access to voucher desk through a secured link provided in your order confirmation email.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking changes and cancellations are VALID only when made through us by email at customer@conciergerie.com or by fax at +376 826 770. You can change your reservation date at no charge if you notify us at least four (4) days before your arrival. If you cancel your reservation and you notify us at least five (5) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. Prices are valid only when departing from Paris. We apologize in advance for departures or returns that are delayed due to unusual traffic problems. Customers staying in private apartments are requested to wait in front of the entrance of the selected hotel 10 minutes before the pickup time listed on the voucher. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure.
