Paris Wine and Cheese Tasting Lunch
"The idea of the wine/cheese tasting is very good but value for money is not so good. The guy taking the class was excellent however the actual wine myself & partner fouind to be bland and not to expectations. Only dry white wine were given & red's. No sweeter wines are Rose. Overall good fun but very over priced." Craig B, United Kingdom, February 2012

Paris Wine and Cheese Tasting Lunch
"It was a lovely lunch, fun and informative. We had a great group of people and even ended up making connections I hope will continue. The room and set up in the wine cellar was really neat. The gentleman who conducted the training was very knowlegeable and had a lot of personality which brought everyone together. Now, most important ...I found a new favorite wine and the cheeses were unbelievable! I am a cheese lover and have never tasted more delicious cheese! A very good experience all around! Thank you." Paris Wine and Cheese Tasting Lunch
"The sommelier did a great job, the wines and cheeses were excellent and I will recommend it to anyone I know going to Paris. I suggest 2 improvements: I am a sommelier and teach a similar type of classes where I live. I suggested that a different glass be used for each wine to ensure participants can distinguish each wine. I also thought the class had too much material for the time. It was like Wine 101, 201 and 301 in just two hours - plus cheeses. I suggest cutting some of the more 'advanced' material to make the class simpler and to allow the sommelier to speak more slowly and clearly. The group I was in were all wine 'newbies' so it was too much information for them to take in all at once. Perhaps split the material into a Level 1 and 2?"
