"First let me say that Mt. Saint Michele is a great place and worth the long drive to get there. However, the tour company used by La Conciergerie was not very good. Mt. Saint Michele has alot of stairs and rooms and the tour guide we had moved so fast that it was hard to keep up with her. At one point she moved through another large group of people and lost my friend and myself as well as four other people. She never stopped and we were not able to ever catch up to her. We missed the last part of the tour and only saw her again at the bus when it was time to leave. When we told her what happened she did not even apologize and seemed to not really care. I would be very hesitant to use La Conciergerie again based on this experience. If all the subcontracted tour companies they use are like the one on this tour it is not worth the money." Your ticket (voucher) will be delivered online, paper tickets are not required. Your voucher is the proof of booking and settlement and you must print it and present it at your guide or chauffeur while in Paris. You will have access to voucher desk through a secured link provided in your order confirmation email. Customers staying in private apartments are requested to wait in front of the entrance of the selected hotel 10 minutes before the pickup time listed on the voucher. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure.
