We also appreciated the Paris bus map which we used all the time -- I have mobility issues which make it too difficult for me to use the metro and the bus map was great! We spent one day doing the hop on, hop off bus but found it was not practical for use to use it to get to any particular places because of the 4 separate loops, so we did not use the second day." "There was no information before 1st of May that 2 of 4 lines will be closed after 2pm. If I could knew it before, I would choose another day for open tour. There was written on bus stations that they could provide tickets for another day, but I had a plane back to my country. So there must be more info about holidays before it.." If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic fields, so handle and store them carefully. Such damage is not refundable.
