"Fantastic service, our tickets were delivered to our hotel. So we had no hassle with getting hold of them. The tour itself was good but the tour bus stops are not that easy to find so we found our selves chasing the bus for an hour before we managed to get on! We were there for 5 days but only managed to do 2 tours as theres so much to do! We didnt hop off either as it had took us so long to catch it! But overall we had 2 good tours with it." I would strongly suggest the L'OpenTour Company places numbers on each bus stop which correspond to the bus stops listed on their map. "In our experience, your arrangements worked like clockwork. We particularly liked that the envelope was very securely closed and 'rubber stamped' in order to maximise security of documents. I think these tickets offered value for money and a fairly comfortable experience whilst an understanding of and insight into Paris's topography was obtained. We particularly enjoyed the Classic Tour but, unfortunately, did not manage to find time for the 'San Germaine de Pres' experience. We did not take advantage of the audio system that was offered - and perhaps diminished our own experience accordingly. We started our Batobus tour from outside Louvre and thought, definitely, signage for collection/drop off points altogether inadequate. More, there was an all too evident 'perfume' of 'pissoire' on the steps leading too and from the river. Many complained of this. Cannot something be done???" V M, United Kingdom, August 2012

You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge.
