How to use this passBefore entering Le Louvre, write down the date of usage on your card (where it says: 'Date de Visite:'). Do not take out the right part of the pass. There's no admission charge and no waiting, except for security check, since you will enter through this 'private' door. Remember that the Louvre and Delacroix museums are both closed on Tuesdays. You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic fields, so handle and store them carefully. Such damage is not refundable.
