Gift Certificates must be used in their entirety on a single order. If the order total is more than the Gift Certificate value the balance must be paid during checkout with a credit card. If the order total is less than the Gift Certificate value the balance will be forfeit. Gift Certificates are not refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and are not redeemable for cash. Conciergerie.com reserves the right to cancel Gift Certificates obtained fraudulently. Use of a Gift Certificate does not guarantee the availability of shows and tours, so we suggest placing your order well before any desired reservation dates. Gift Certificates used for orders that are cancelled will continue to be valid until the expiration date, however, the normal terms and conditions governing order cancellation will apply (see the Terms and Conditions for individual products).
